Appointments
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations
We gratefully request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours may result in a $25 cancellation fee added into your next service.

Personal Property
Salon Le Rouge is not responsible for your personal belongings.

Parental Supervision
If you bring children under 10 years old, your supervision is requested during your services.

Gratuities
In acknowledgment of service excellence, gratuities may be given at your discretion. A guideline of 15-20% of total service cost is recommended, preferably in cash.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards, cash and gift certificates purchased at Salon Le Rouge. Please be prepared to show your driver license or ID.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for all our services. They cannot be redeemed if lost or stolen and can be used towards services and products only. No cash refund.

Product Returns
We will gladly accept any product return within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt for exchange or store credit only.

Referrals are greatly appreciated. Refer a friend and receive 10% off your next service.
